The appartment was very well located, one street down from the main tourist attractions. The owner provided me with a town map and where the supermarkets were (very close) There was a kettle, which was a nice surprise for Italy and appreciated. The heating had been turned off in the building, even though I thought that should have been after the end of April. The temperature outside dropped to 2degrees some nights. It was cold. I can't comment on the washing machine or the dishwasher, as I didn't take powder for either and there wasn't any available.

I had a great short stay in Perugia! The trash system was a little confusing for me, but the signs were helpful. The apartment was super cute, and I felt right at home. The bed was also very comfortable, which is always a plus after walking all of the hills.

The apartment it s very nice and comfortable, it is located in the center of Perugia, in 2 minutes you can find the main street where the restaurants and shops are. The house was exactly as in the pictures, clean with everything that I needed (kitchen,washingmachine,hairdryer etc.),the check in was very easy, Ugo waited for me at the apartment and explained the rules of the house and also helped me with some indications about shops and other locations. Also during my stay he asked me if it s everything is good, he s really helpful and friendly. I really liked the apartment, I will definitely come back and Ugo is a top 10 host.

Ugo hat hier eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in einer fantastischen Lage. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt gewesen. Kann ich uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank!
