Un petit bijou dans un écrin de verdure ! Judith a su préserver l’âme des lieux et mettre en valeur cette sublime maison périgourdine, magnifiquement rénovée, tout en la dotant de tout le confort moderne qui la rend extrêmement agréable à habiter. L’emplacement est extraordinaire. Et déboucher sur cet ensemble de maisons en pierres, posées au milieu de prairies vallonées, à la sortie d’un très joli chemin de forêt est tout simplement féerique. Mention spéciale pour la grande piscine entourée de beaux murets en pierres, au milieu de la prairie. Magique !

We had a wonderful stay at this idyllically remote cottage, perfectly located to take advantage of the best of both the Vezére and Dordogne valleys. The cottage is fabulously decorated and both it and it's gardens are immaculately maintained. It is superbly furnished and the kitchen is brilliantly equipped. Judith was extremely attentive at all times and very thorough in detailing everything from restaurants to markets in the locality. It would have been nice if the local shop in Marquay had been open - it appeared to be closed every time we went - but just stock up and enjoy the space, privacy and tranquility.

We had a really great stay at this farmhouse. Great facilities in a really tranquil location. You need a car and then you have a wide range of fabulous attraction nearby. Lovely garden and orchard with fruit. Great swimming pool was welcome in very hot weather. We didn’t see any sanglier but we did see deer, owls, and a wide range of birds of prey. Lovely country walks, great markets nearby ( one every day) fabulous caves, restaurants and cafés. Highly recommended.
