Enjoy meeting people and sharing the benefits of living near the headwaters of the Whitewater River including watching birds and other wildlife. Grew up on a farm and learned sustainable living skills at an early age, subsequently honed those skills through engagement as a professional scientist at the University. Enjoy cooking and baking with locally grown proteins, fresh fruits and produce. Favorite travel destinations include climbing Mount Sinai and the respite at St. Catherine monastery; white water rafting in the Canadian Rockies, Banff; Any beach along the southern coast of Portugal; Scuba diving among coral reef in the Gulf of Aqaba; Museum surfing in Washington D.C. and more recently venues in Austria, Hawaii and Austin, Texas.
