This is our favorite spot in Rochmond6! Leighanne has created a peaceful, serene retreat that's the perfect space to relax while you're in Richmond. Her breakfast hits the spot and her company is wonderful. We never look anywhere else when traveling nearby! Already looking forward to our next stay.

Perfect grade for cleanliness, comfort, and value... but that's just the start. I've never had such a delightful stay at any other AirBnB property, ever. Leighanne was an incredibly kind and welcoming host, and the accommodations were absolutely first-class in every respect. What made this visit truly special was the way Leighanne served breakfast for all of the guests. There were a few other guests also staying at her property, and the way we all interacted and visited at the breakfast table was truly memorable... it was just a wonderful time... truly memorable.

My stay at Leighanne's bnb was great. Had an amazing bathroom and patio area to enjoy breakfast in the morning while looking at the trees and wildlife.

Leighanne is a fabulous host, all of her rooms are clean, comfortable, and have everything you could need for a great visit to Richmond. Plus she serves the best breakfast in town! First place I look when needing accommodations in Richmond.

Breakfast is described as "continental" but Leighanne goes well beyond the norm and tailors the eats to her guests' preferences. Peaceful setting, but quite close to downtown and Earlham college.
