No surprises: gorgeous home, fully stocked kitchen making it so fun to prepare meals. The views, grounds, neighborhood are wonderful. Very responsive hosts. This is a gem that we were so fortunate to share.

This was a beautiful European-style home with the most breathtaking views! The backyard space was incredible. Very clean and comfortable home and excellent hosts. Can't wait to return for another vacation!

This is the perfect place to stay, especially if you are looking for a “staycation away from home”. Not only were the house and property beautiful and complete with more amenities than we thought to hope for, Gale and Michel were such friendly, accommodating and responsive hosts. We really enjoyed using the pool, tennis/basketball/badminton court, hot tub, record player, ping pong table and the pool table. They provided plenty of towels and very nice soap/shampoo/conditioner. The kitchen was a treat to use (it was fully stocked with a variety of appliances and a lot of very nice, professional quality equipment). My personal favourite part of my stay was the views; the sunrise/sunset views are unbeatable. Overall, we could not have asked for a better stay. Thank you Gale and Michel!

If you're looking for a private retreat with a stunning view, you've found it. It's close enough to San Diego to spend as much time as you like at the beach, in the city, or at all the attractions, but there's also plenty to do on the property. We spent plenty of time in/around the pool looking out over the mountains and enjoying the hummingbirds. Serene, beautiful, and cozy. Would absolutely book again!
