Definitely recommend! I can’t wait to go back for my 2nd stay. Really beat expectations and I’m glad I randomly found this lovely home. Douglas has great taste and was worth every penny. Will be back soon solo or with a friend. Appreciate you Douglas and your beautiful home.
A truly stunning and absolutely unique place to stay! Meticulously clean and organized, it was a true haven for us during our travels. Highly recommend! We loved it.
My fiancée and I had a wonderful stay at Doug’s place! He has such a peaceful house in a great location. We loved it so much that we ended up re-booking for our follow-up visit to the Twin Cities. I can’t recommend it enough!
It's like being in a small town in the heart of the city. Only a couple blocks to a great little enclave of independent shops: a grocery store, gift shops, bookstore, wine shop, post office and several great restaurants. There is a nature preserve across the street behind the seminary that is a great place for a walk in the woods. My home is just blocks from St. Paul U of MN campus. Voted best neighborhood for architecture in all the Twin Cities.
Located on the border between Minneapolis and St. Paul, it is only 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis and 12 minutes from downtown St Paul. There is also a bus stop in front of the house on Como Ave and the bus hub for transfers is only 1 block away. Smart car rentals and bikes are also available in the neighborhood.
