Very comfortable and beautiful pool area. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. Best to rent a car.

Nice room in a good property. Nice big gardens and a beautiful swimming pool (though unfortunately the poor weather limited its use). The check-in and check-out service is done at a nearby hotel, but it went smoothly. They were able to provide a baby crib which was very much appreciated. Location is OK, it's next to a few outlet malls, but otherwise limited choice of restaurants nearby and Chianti and other attractions were at least a 40 mins drive away.

We were very disappointed with the meet and greet. The GPS directions /address didn't corolate so it took several phone calls and caused lot of frustration to reach the property. To which no apology or ruffling of feathers considered. The arpartment is as discribed. The owners have not spent a night in their property otherwise they would have more of an idea of the bodgie renovation job they paid for. The walls are paper thin and the neighbors above us managed to keep us from permanently relaxing by just "walking" in their apartment. No kettle in kitchen, so making a cup of tea was a project of water in a huge pan. Being the only option. Pool area was well done- except no beach towels given to guests so we had to use our bath towels- which weren't replaced with clean ones each day. Unfortunately I wouldn't stay at the property again. My lasting impression was a physdo pit stop... Looks good on the outside but empty inside.

El lugar es hermoso, muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar, cerca de florencia. Los departamentos son muy cómodos mejor q en las fotos, de primera, tienen mas servicios de los q publican y la atención de los empleados es genial. La zona de la piscina es divina y la vista un paraíso. Altamente recomendable. Nos encanto terminar así nuestras vacaciones esperamos volver pronto

Notre séjour à Incisa Valdarno, au Relais Belvédère a été très agréable. L'accueil de Daniela a été très chaleureux, pour nous mais aussi à l'égard de notre petite chienne. Les chambres de cette belle bâtisse ont été très bien refaites et la piscine est somptueuse. Nous étions logés dans l'annexe du logement principal, la Torre, un logement d'une pièce au deuxième étage, très lumineux, avec une très jolie vue. Le logement contient un coin kitchenette dont l'équipement est amplement suffisant pour préparer des repas. La décoration est raffinée.
