Pristine, quiet, clean and located a short walk from charming Rosendale. A great jumping off spot for hiking, biking and climbing or to explore the greater Hudson Valley area. David was a wealth of information, very responsive and flexible. Made our stay so relaxing! Would highly recommend this one if a kind find!

Had a wonderful stay. The space is generous and very comfortable, with lots of beautiful light, a lovely view, and a well appointed kitchen. David is a great host (and excellent designer and builder!), full of great recommendations and knowledge about the region, its history and geology. Looking forward to staying again one day.

David's cottage was one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at and would go back in a heartbeat for another upstate long weekend trip. It's beautiful, extremely well thought out (design, amenities, comfort, etc), and private, and he's a lovely host. Couldn't be happier - 10/10.
