Wir waren gerade 2 Wochen in Franks wunderschöner und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteter Wohnung. Frank hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen, beschenkt und alles toll erklärt. Er ist ein sehr interessanter Mensch, dem viel am Wohl seiner Gäste liegt. Die Umgebung ist perfekt, Einkaufen, Restaurants, U-Bahn, alles fussläufig. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen! Vielen Dank lieber Frank, dass wir deine Gäste sein durften! Marianne & Michael

Wir sind von Frank mit Sekt und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft empfangen worden. Da hat man sich natürlich sofort wohl gefühlt. Ansonsten war alles so wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben. Die Wohnung war super sauber und mit Kunst (Lampen, Bilder,…) dekoriert. Frank hatte auch einen hilfreichen Ordner zusammengestellt mit Tipps und Infos zum Appartement und zur näheren Umgebung. Auf jeden Fall würde ich den Aufenthalt dort weiterempfehlen.

Frank’s house was awesome! Looks just like the photos, everything inside is just so aesthetic and beautiful. Great instructions about everything. Our trip to Berlin would not have been the same if we stayed anywhere else! We had lots to do but every time we came back home, we felt just so at peace, a great place to relax , watching movies with our teenagers, it was just great. I loved that we had 2 bathrooms so we’d shower faster and more time to be out. Frank was a great host, whatever question we had he’d answer right away. He even surprised us with fresh orange juice when we arrived and chocolates, he just made my whole family feel special. Well equipped kitchen, fabulous appliances, there was nothing we needed that he didn’t have. We rented a car so he had a space for us where we could park it, just in front of the building, very convenient. We were not a lot in the balcony but whenever we were , usually in the mornings, we could feel very refreshed.. overall just a fabulous place.

Best location to explore the city, tranquil yet close to everything. An apartment with all the amenities one could wish for and the nicest host, readily available to provide recommendations and to help with whatever may be needed. Highly recommend!

Spacious, with lots of interesting art and lovely furniture pieces. It was a joy to stay there and experience a well designed and decorated home with all the amenities we needed. He has integrated Alexa into his lighting and music and provided easy to follow instructions for everything, including his bi-lingual Alexa! Frank was so welcoming — he went out of his way to show us the place and how everything worked. The kitchen, laundry and bathrooms were all well laid out with everything easily found, especially in the kitchen. Frank even provided some apples and a bottle of wine as a welcome. We couldn’t have felt more at home. We would stay there again, the next time we’re in Berlin.
