Compact, well furnished with essentials, really well located (right by the main attractions of PTown but not on a busy noisy street). Walkable to the Stop N Shop, excellent cafe/ restaurant (Liz’s Cafe) literally around the corner.

Great space, pretty small and quaint but lovely for two guests. Awesome location, very close to downtown Commercial St. Would recommend!

The place was very clean when we arrived. It was practically in the middle of town, so everything was in walking distance. The loft was super cozy, and was easily our favorite part. If we had any questions Yanko responded quickly, which was a huge help. Overall was a great time and we would definitely do it again.

The place was nice for two people. I would suggest spending a little more time cleaning. We noticed some cheerios on the floor and sticky countertops. I love to sleep with a fan on and there was a perfect fan mounted on the wall that provided great air circulation for the loft and lower floor. I must say the fan was in need of cleaning as well (dusty and spider webby). The full length mirror on the inside closet door was very helpful. I would also suggest tightening the cool boat paddles used for railings on the ladder. They had some shake to it. All in all the spot is great for 2 people in a great area. I would definitely stay here again.

i stayed here with my boyfriend about a week ago now, and we loved it! thought it was super cozy and clean, and had all of the amenities listed. the area was super nice and easy to navigate. Yanko was a great host, and my boyfriend and i both agreed that we’d love to stay here again!
