Heather and David were the most wonderful hosts, and their place was absolutely lovely. It was perfect for what we needed and very well placed, with Tauranga and the Mount within a 15-20 minute drive. I really enjoyed this stay and I hope I have the opportunity to do so again in the future!

Heather and David made me feel so right at home in their place! I really appreciated that as a solo traveler at the end of a long journey; they generously invited me to share dinner and conversation with them. Both are avid observers of life and society and just kind people and I learned a ton from them! The hosting space is a private area in the home with a private bath and a nice soaker tub (that I loved using). Breakfast was great. Communication was spot on. They had good recommendations for activities. The area was peaceful and quiet. You do need a car to drive to area attractions, but I was aware of this and it was not an issue for me. Great hosts! If I return, I would 100% stay there again.

The house was ideally situated for our needs. Lovely location and peaceful Loved all the nik naks and books in the house. Felt very home from home. Would definitely stay again . Heather and David are very friendly hosts and super flexible.
