Very Spacious (180 sqm) and sunny 4 bedrooms apartment for 8 people, located at Tremezzina (loc. Ossuccio). Situated at 100 mt from the lake, in front of Villa Balbiano, have 2 free private parking spots. Ideal for families. There are 2 Double Bedrooms, 2 Twin Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room. The flat is located at 50 meters from the C10 bus stop and 20 meters from the Greenway of lake Como footpath. Perfect for exploring the beauty of the lake and the mountains around. Very Spacious (180 sqm) and sunny 4 bedrooms apartment for 8 people . 2 private parking spots are available free of charge. The main balcony have a wonderful Lake and Mountain views. From the main balcony you have a view on the Villa Balbiano, where House of Gucci movie was shot. The kitchen is authentically Italian with all comfort (dishwasher, electric kettle, oven, microwave). Large dining and comfortable lounge area with one big table and 2 sofa. There are 2 Double Bedrooms and 2 Twin Bedrooms. First bathroom includes a bath, bidet, basin and wc. Second bathroom has a shower, basin, WC, washing machine and a small laundry area. Linen for beds and towels are supplied free of charge (2 towels pro person per stay). Please remember to bring your own beach towels if needed. The apartment is set close to the historic center of Ossuccio and 100 mt from the lake. In front of Ossuccio lies Isola Comacina, the only island in Lake Como. Set in the heart of Ossuccio all amenities nearby. Many places of interest are easy to visit either by foot (using the Greenway path) or by car. A very central location in a sunny spot. You can also easily rent a boat to enjoy the lake. By foot you can visit: Madonna del Soccorso Sanctuary (UNESCO site), Villa Balbianello, Comacina Island.

Riccardo and his family are wonderful hosts. It was easy to reach out to them and they helped us with our questions. They also provided all the necessary information about surrounding places. His place is very comfortable, beautiful and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. The place has lake view which is nice. Lake is also walkable distance from the place.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Riccardo! Le logement est grand, idéal pour les familles avec enfants et parfaitement situé (au pied d’un arrêt de bus C10 et à proximité d’un embarcadère de bateau). Nous avons pu visiter le lac de Côme sans louer de voiture.

On a passé un excellent séjour chez Riccardo et Valeria, l’appartement est bien situé et spacieux, Riccardo, Valeria et Davide étaient très accueillants et chaleureux et nous ont donné de bons conseils pour découvrir les villages magnifiques du lac de Côme. Je recommande fortement le logement!

We stayed here with family and friends, it is a large comfortable home with everything you need. It is close to shops, ferry and restaurants in Lenno. The walk to Lenno on the Greenway path was lovely. There are swimming spots nearby. The walk up to the church on the hill behind the house was great too. We stayed for 6 nights and could have easily stayed another 6 nights. Davide and his family were very responsive, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Lake Como.

From the flat you have a unique view to Villa Balbiano, where House of Gucci movie was shoot.
With 2 minutes walking you can reach Campo beach, a small beach located in Campo.
At 3 minutes walking from the flat you can find a boat/kayak/sup rental.
At 5 minutes walking from the flat you can reach Lido di Ossuccio, a nice park overlooking the lake wher you can relax, have a bath and an aperitivo at the local bar/cafè.

In front of Ossuccio town lies Isola Comacina, the only island in Lake Como.
You can reach the dock to visit the island in 5 minutes walk.
