A fantastic place to stay in a really superb location. The nearby areas, Saint-Sulpice and Saint-Germain Des Près, are full of great restaurants and shops and cafés. The Saint-Germain Des Près metro station is super close and gives you great access to the city and it's easy to walk to all the 7th where there's more shopping and museums. The flat itself is great. Clean and tidy and better than the photos. Even though it's a studio, with the tall ceilings it has plenty of space and is a good size by Paris standards. The kitchen has pretty much everything you need, although it would have been nice to have an oven and washing machine in unit, but finding those in Paris apartments is somewhat uncommon anyway. Nicole is an great host - so friendly, responsive and easy to contact. Whenever I had a question she responded quickly. Both check-in and check-out were easy. I'd definitely recommend staying here for a longer term stay in Paris.

Firstly, Nicole (the host) was very helpful and her friend who let me in was very kind and funny. The flat is cozy, petite, and charming, and the books on the shelves and the artwork on the wall give it a homey feel, (not like those bland, depressing all-ikea apartments one often sees on Airbnb.) The neighborhood is chic and safe, and there are various grocery stores, cinemas, and restaurants within walking distance (as well as an APC outlet on Rue Jacob if you like fashion- they have great sweaters.) One of France's most famous celebrities lives around the corner, actually. The flat itself is located on a small but lively street, filled with boutiques, restaurants, nightclubs, and bars (so bring a white noise machine if you're a light sleeper.) During the day it's quiet which is good for working from home. The area was historically a literary area, and past residents include Baudelaire and Oscar Wilde. Sartre and Hemingway used to hang out in the older local cafes. Fun facts :)

Really enjoyed my stay at Nicole’s Airbnb— everything was just as listed. I really appreciated that Nicole let me check in a bit earlier than specified, it made the day of arrival very smooth! She’s also incredibly responsive and is very detailed about instructions and anything I would need. Also, the location is amazing and so central to everything! Will definitely be coming back!

Nicole's apartment is AMAZING. Centrally located in the heart of Saint-Germain at Eglise Saint-Sulpice, the neighborhood is vibrant with many cafes, bars, and restaurants yet her building is quiet with respectful neighbors. Nicole was an outstanding host who communicated with me extraordinarily well and English which is great because my French is um.....a work in progress! She was considerate and had a nice gentlemen assist me in showing me some of the quirkier things about a Parisian apartment. I stayed in Paris for 31 days and by the time I left Nicole's, I felt as if it was my own apartment. Nicole is also a talented artist so her apartment feels as if you are living in a gallery. I highly recommend this apartment for all the reasons stated above.

My second long stay at this wonderful apartment in a super location. Home away from home. I wish to return! Everything I needed to create special memories once again. Thank you Nicole for sharing your comfortable homely studio.
