Pros: 1. Comfortable Mattress 2. Good Air. 3. Very safe place. 4. Near Sandy Beach. Not recommended for bathing. But the sunsets are spectacular. 5. Close to restaurants, breakfast places and the town of Rincón. 6. Night activity nearby. Cons: 1. Lots of dust. 2. It doesn't have many drawers. 3. Inconvenient parking. 4. Hammock Suggestions with the Show Breeze. 5. Dirty windows and one does not open. Suggestions: They should provide a hammock. The breeze on the balcony is aphrodisiac.

We loved staying here for a few beach days- perfect location and it had everything we needed to make simple breakfasts and lunches at home. Reno was very responsive when we needed something. We had a great stay!

Perfect spot for our first visit to the west coast! Pretty quiet area just a hundred steps from the beach and lots of food options. Reno provided amazing recommendations for places to eat but there is also a kitchen if you prefer. The place is just minutes from 4-5 amazing surf spots, but be sure to get taxi contacts from Reno or rent a car as the area is very hilly and tough to get to other towns without a ride. Will definitely be coming back!

Amazing spot to pick! Close to everything you need! I definitely enjoyed and had a great time. The spot gives you everything you need! I also loved it because it was very clean. I always look for clean accommodation. This place surprised me so much. I highly recommend it! I couldn’t pick any better!!
