Hi everyone, my name is Lavinia, I was born and still live in Rome. Nice to meet you all :). I love traveling, visiting new places and learn from other cultures. When I travel, I prefer staying in apartment rather than at hotels, because I can appreciate more the local life of a city, it is easier, more convenient and informal. In my turn, it is a pleasure to host people from all over the world and make new friends. The apartments I rent out as holiday houses in the centre of Rome belong all to my family, reason enough to love each of them for their histories and for different reasons. 1)Vatican/St.Peter's lovely miniflat: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/11116758 it is the first one I have ever rented out as a holiday house and I am heartily attached to it. It is comfortable, very quiet and at 3 min on foot from St.Peter's square. Ideal for long term stays too. 2) BonBonFlat piazza di Pietra 1: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/4118272 My wide and spacious apartment where my grandmum was born and lived there as a child. Completely refurbished, very beautiful and comfortable, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is perfect for a family or friends. Location: unbeatable!!! 3) BonBonFlat piazza di Pietra 2: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/2556028 On the same floor of the other one, because in the past my family used to work here, it was a jewellery workshop indeed, when everyone worked at home, SO MUCH history. You could not feel safer than this, living in a "safe" ;). Comfortable, colorful and BONBON :D. 4) BonBonFlat Trastevere https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/21810952?s=51 My new born child :)...that I love so much! The most charming and romantic flat I rent out in the most livable and Roman district of the city: Trastevere. Can I say, my favorite?!!! I like helping my guests with useful information and valuable advices about my city. I would be pleased to welcome you at my holiday houses in the center of Rome. Hope to see you very soon. You are all heartily welcome to my places in Rome :)! ITALIANO: Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Lavinia e ho 33 anni. Sono nata e vivo a Roma. Molto piacere di conoscervi. Amo molto viaggiare, conoscere posti nuovi e imparare da culture diverse dalla mia. Quando viaggio, preferisco alloggiare in appartamento piuttosto che in albergo, perché penso che si riesca ad apprezzare di più la vera vita di una città. E' più comodo, più conveniente e informale. A mia volta, è un piacere ospitare persone da tutto il mondo e fare nuove amicizie. Gli appartamenti che affitto come case vacanze al centro di Roma appartengono tutti alla mia famiglia, motivo sufficiente per amare ognuno di essi per le loro storie e per differenti motivi. 1) Vaticano/S.Pietro delizioso appartamento: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/11116758 è stato il primo che ho affittato come casa vacanze e ne sono molto affezionata. E' molto confortevole, silenziosissimo e a 3 min a piedi da piazza S.Pietro. E' ideale anche per soggiorni a lungo termine. 2)BonBonFlat piazza di Pietra 1: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/4118272 il mio appartamento grande e spazioso dove mia nonna è nata e vissuta da bambina. Completamente ristrutturato, bellissimo e comodo, con due camere da letto e due bagni. E' perfetto per famiglie e amici. Posizione: imbattibile!!! 3) BonBonFlat piazza di Pietra 2: https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/2556028 Sullo stesso piano dell'altro, in quanto in passato la mia famiglia era solita lavorarci, infatti in origine era una bottega orafa, quando tutti lavoravano a casa. Quanta storia! Non potrete non sentirvi al sicuro in una cassaforte ;). Comodo, colorato e BONBON :D. 4) BonBonFlat Trastevere https://www.airbnb.it/rooms/21810952?s=51 Il nuovo arrivato :)...che amo moltissimo. L'appartamento più incantevole e romantico nel quartiere più vivibile e romano della città: Trastevere. Posso dire che è il mio preferito?!! E' un piacere poter aiutare i miei ospiti con indicazioni utili e consigli preziosi sulla mia città. Sarei molto lieta di accogliervi nelle mie case al centro di Roma. Siete i benvenuti!
