We really enjoyed the well-appointed apartment and beautiful location. The apartment is spacious and clean in a very quiet location with beautiful views of the ocean. We saw many whales and lots of long tails. Richard and Karen are great hosts and were very kind and helpful throughout our stay, but particularly at the beginning when our plane was cancelled and then our luggage delayed. I would definitely consider this the nicest airBnb we have stayed in to date.

Richard and Karen's Airbnb proved to be an exceptionally wise choice, undoubtedly among the most judicious decisions I've made. This amiable couple exuded kindness throughout our stay, offering invaluable assistance in charging our electric rental cars—a facet I must emphasize as being of utmost importance. The morning vistas were nothing short of breathtaking, complemented by the seamless functionality of the barbecue. The overall ambiance exuded a sense of utmost privacy and coziness, making our five-night stay truly memorable. We came looking for deep rest and renewal and found it in this beautiful little apartment with a spectacular view. It is made for reading, napping, contemplation, watching sunsets -- and also bingeing on Netflix. We grew quite fond of our walks down the hill to catch the bus into Hamilton, St. George's, or the Dockyard, as well as our frequent ambles to Whale Bay Beach (about 1.5 miles along the railway path), Wadson's Farm Market, and Treasures consignment store. Richard and Karen gave us plenty of the space and privacy we needed even though they lived adjacent, but were there in a heartbeat if we had any questions or concerns. Their tips for using local apps (DropIt, Hitch, and Sargasso Sea) made life at this haven even sweeter. An unforgettable vacation!

Richard and Karen were excellent hosts and their space is beautiful and comfortable. The hosts went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. The apartment itself is lovely and well-outfitted, with gorgeous views and a pool available. Though getting around the island can be a bit challenging especially in the off-season, the apartment is a relatively short walking distance to bus stops, and cabs are available (just make sure to plan ahead).
