We are looking for respectful guests for our house. Guest will rent a garden floor of a villa having a master bedrooom with a bath. There is a L shaped sofa at the saloon which can turn into a king size bed. There are 2 more sofas at the saloon. Kitchen contains all basic needs to cook. You can use the garden and garden furniture too. The house is in Arıköy Sitesi which is right across the British International School and behind Zekeriyaköy Acıbadem Hospital. Site is secured by a private security company 7 days 24 hours with full surveillance cameras. The closest metro station is Haciosman Metro Station. You can take the bus line 151 (Haciosman – Demircikoy) to reach the closest bus station to our house. Bus stop (British International School) is 5 mins away on foot. Bus trip to metro station is roughly 20-25 mins depending on the traffic conditions. And there is a taxi station at the entrance of the site. There are lots of grocery stores and nice restaurants available in the neighborhood.

This was the best place we have stayed in Istanbul - out of 6 places - and definitely worth the price. The host family were very gracious and friendly. Inside is decorated very tastefully and really worked for our one week stay. Outside, the place is in a beautiful, peaceful and private neighborhood. You really want to have a car to drive around the mountains which are next to the water - very unique and picturesque. The city is an upscale area of Istanbul that has everything we like and need. We definitely recommend the place and look forward to coming back. Thank you, Behçet and your nice family for your hospitality.
It's hard to imagine that this quiet place is near Istanbul. The garden and swimming pool are well maintained, the view of the forest is magnificent and the neighborhood is extremely quiet (no dogs!). But you have to like being in a hermetically closed settlement with lots of security and far away from shopping facilities. Without a car you're lost here. The apartment itself is in the basement of a detached house (the landlady's parents live upstairs) and offers enough privacy. For the price, however, I would have liked a bit more equipment, e.g. a writing desk instead of useless small furniture. Nevertheless, a great experience and I would gladly stay again.
This is our second stay in this Airbnb and I have to say it was lovely to stay there for 3 weeks, the host is a beautiful person and she help us a lot knowing where to go and even translating for us.

There is free shuttle services of site to Hacı Osman Metro station where you can hop on to Metro and reach out to Maslak, Levent, Taksim,Beşiktaş, Nişantaşı, Mecidiyeköy, Gayrettepe, Sultanahmet etc. easily. The house is 20 mins far away than Istanbul Airport.
