We were 4 adults and two children visiting for a week in May. The accommodation consists of two separate buildings which suited us well. Building 1 has a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (separated by a curtain), a small sitting area with settees and a dining area. Building 2 is the kitchen (very well equipped, & has many condiments and cleaning items) which can only be entered from outdoors. Attached to the kitchen are two bedrooms with a bathroom. The star of the show are the extensive, landscaped grounds with a lovely pool, big grassy areas for playing or sunbathing, palm trees, and many little places to sit, chill out, eat or drink either in the sun or shade. The town is only 5 minutes walk away and the many restaurants in the Old Town of Alcudia can be reached in less than 10 minutes. We loved Sant Joan Beach which is 6 minutes by car. We had a wonderful time at Villa Maiola. Everybody enjoyed the freedom of space. We are happy to recommend Kamila's place.

We had a wonderful stay here! Beautiful home with so much outdoor space - felt mostly isolated and very safe even on a busy road (the property is gated). We drove to the beach but walked into town each night. Kamila was very responsive and an excellent host - would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in Kamila’s place while we were in Mallorca for the Ironman 70.3. The grounds of the property were beautiful with tonnes of outdoor space, a lovely pool and table tennis. It’s walking distance to the old town and a short drive to the port so everything is fairly nearby. Thanks Kamila!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in Kamilas Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Villa war groß und sehr sauber. Der Pool war das Highlight des Aufenthaltes. In wenigen Gehminuten war man in der Innenstadt von Alcúdia mit schönen Läden und Restaurants. Hier würde ich wieder Urlaub machen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber!! Die Matratzen waren sehr weich. Ein Badezimmer ist nur durch einen Vorhang zum Schlafzimmer abgetrennt. Das Anwesen ist super schön gelegen und großzügig. Allerdings, sind alle Räume durch einzelne Häuser getrennt. Der zentrale Sammelpunkt ist ausschließlich draußen. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es leider kalt. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - es gibt sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Man kann draußen grillen. In Summe ein tolles AirBnB für eine Gruppe.
