The location is amazing. It's close to the train station but also within walking distance from all the major attractions in downtown Florence. The room was decently clean, but I do have some complaints. Lorenzo, whom I never met despite his saying that he'd be there when I checked in and out, is a slow responder and not very polite. I did not feel he had genuine interest in our experience. The location is great, so he can charge a hefty price in the summer when we went. Yet, we ended up staying in a room that wasn't pictured in the listing, except for a slight view of the room from the toilet picture. The room smelled muggy. It took two days of air conditioning to get rid of the smell. The shower was super tiny and didn't drain well. There was only one chair in a room for two. I was happy about the location but felt that we could have had a better experience if Lorenzo had been interested in that.

Gospodarz bardzo pomocny. Szybkie i sprawne zameldowanie. Pokój w pierwszej chwili śmierdział papierosami, jednak po wywietrzeniu było w miarę okej. Czystość oceniałbym na 7/10 pościel okej, jednak pod łóżkiem było dużo kurzu i brudny dywan. Zamiast kołdry było prześcieradło z kocem i narzuta. Wspólna łazienka mogłaby być czystsza, szczególnie toaleta była w średnim stanie. Lokalizacja idealna, wszędzie można dojść na piechotę, mały sklep zaraz obok wejścia do klatki i mnóstwo restauracji w okolicy.
