A group of 9 rented Eden House & had a good time. We enjoyed the open plan living space, easy access to the outdoor spaces especially the pool. The kitchen was spacious & pretty well stocked. There were however a few issues that need to be dealt with to call this a 5* villa -3 of 4 bathrooms have bad drainage in showers & basins -There is no Wi-Fi or 3G in the bedrooms. This meant the Sonos sound system didn’t work -The dishwasher only has 4 wheels on the bottom drawer making it very difficult to manoeuvre -The fridge is very small & two of the door shelves were missing -There was miscommunication about the outside room. Beds were set up as 2 singles, not a double as agreed. The TV did not work after purchasing batteries for the remote -No QR code provided for security to the estate, meaning we had issues each time we entered & only 1 fob was given for the gate to the beach The area & size of the house is great but with the cost, these small things add up, tainting the experience.

This is a superb property - incredibly well-equipped and beautifully situated with easy access to the beach. Summer or winter it has everything and a lot more.
