Worth the steps to get there! What a view!! Katia was a terrific host and very helpful with recommendations and directions. The kitchen is awesome and location close to everything in Modica. Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our time here. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. It was a great base for exploring the area which we did a lot of, but was also a relaxing place to come back to. Katia was very responsive to any questions and has excellent recommendations for places to eat and things to do. We were also here during the festival of San Giorgio which was a lot of fun to experience. There are a lot of stairs but that is Modica! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a glorious stay in the beautiful Apartment in stunning Modica. I had the main bedroom and kept my doors open all night just to see the lovely houses which were lit up during the evening. The house is historic, great showers and fantastic large kitchen Thank you

Vi boede ti dage i lejligheden i løbet af påsken, og vi havde virkelig en vidunderlig tid. Lejligheden er super lækker og terrassen gjorde morgenmaden til dagens højde punkt. Lejligheden er effektivt indrettet og passede godt til 4 voksne og 2 små børn. Nemt at parkere og komme rundt i området. Du skal absolut have bil for at opleve resten af regionen. Nemt at oplade med elbil i byen. Modica er en virkelig hyggelig og smuk by med mange indenlandske turister og besøgende og omvendt få udlandske turister, hvilket var meget interesant at opleve. Vi fik rigtig gode anbefalinger af Katia og alle i byen var ekstremt venlige. Meget trygt og rent. Rigtig mange trapper. God motion. Prisniveauet var lavt sammenlignet med traditionelle destinationer. Vil bestemt vende tilbage til lejligheden og Modica igen.

We can’t say enough about Katia’s beautiful, spacious, well appointed home. Three couples had plenty of places to gather, have privacy and relax in. Everything we needed was provided for us; to cook, rest and even to go to the beach. The terrace is a bit of heaven with an extraordinary view. The location is central and close to so many great shops, restaurants, gelato and pastry shops as well as basic grocery needs. Stairs kept us in shape but were not too difficult. Climbing up them was way worth the view. Katia was a gracious hostess who provided us local recommendations (yes your favorite pizza was amazing!) and always responded in a timely manner, including fixing a clogged sink in the same day. Beds were comfortable and each room had its own bathroom. Breezy, airy and full of light, it was a wonderful place to stay and explore Modica and surrounding areas.
