Giacomo ist der perfekte Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation ist immer freundlich. Fragen werden sofort beantwortet. Die Wohnung ist in einer ruhigen Vorortlage und ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt, Florenz und die Toskana zu erkunden. Da es die private Wohnung von Giacomo ist, fühlt man sich sofort zu Hause. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder.

**FLORENCE ONLY REVIEW, we did not stay for the local area** We stayed here during a road trip through many Italian cities. Staying here was significantly cheaper than Florence Central. The area is relaxing and suburban, with very little to do. The walk to the train station is 20 mins, and the train takes around 30. Factoring in wait times, it's about one hour door to door. If you like to relax with space and comfort then this is far better than a small budget room in the city. If you just need a bed to crash then I'd recommend the city itself. I'm so glad we stayed here, it was so relaxing and homly. A true Airbnb, just like the old days!

This place was perfect👍 so i stayed 2 times. Near house, there are many cafes and park. And then this place is good place to go Firenze. It take time just 30min by a car✨ parking lot also is good! And host and host's family are so kind and warm. I highly recommend this house!🤩

Giacomo's apartment is a great find. The Apartment: There is a good amount of space and it's a fun, comfy apartment. Besides hand soap, there were not toiletries available. It was dark at night -- not enough lighting, especially in the kitchen / living area. The Area: Quiet, safe neighborhood. I left early in the morning or returned late at night while walking to/from the train station and felt comfortable walking in the dark and accessing the apartment. Lots of mosquitos! Accessibility: It's about a 12 minute walk from the apartment to the train station. The train to Firenze is about 35 or 45 minutes, depending which one you select. So it takes a full hour to get from the apartment to the city, which was not a problem. Very convenient and easy to navigate. If you have a car, even better, but it is doable to see Florence from here without one. Giacomo was responsive, kind, and helpful. Thank you!
