The service and communication was excellent: John emailed right after we booked the apartment to verify his apartment would meet our needs and expectations. Prior to our arrival, he provided a list of recommended restaurants and made sure we didn’t have any questions. Alex met us when we arrived to show us how everything worked and gave more excellent recommendations on what to do during our stay. We went to Nice for cycling and this apartment was excellent for that! Fabulous trip all around!

This was a fabulous stay! From reservation to checkout , John was responsive and easy to get in touch with. He is very proactive, and could easily teach others how to be a great host. His local team is just as great. The local tips they provide are helpful Check-in and out were easy to arrange. The apt was spotless and looks like the photos. Kitchen is well stocked for when you want to stay in and enjoy the view. Having access to the coinop washer and actual dryer was great for extended travel. I loved this area, and enjoyed being away from the busy tourist areas. The port is an easy 10 min stroll, about 20 minutes to Old Town and Nice Riquer train stop. Bus stop In front of building is convenient to visit other areas. The building was quiet and any neighbors encountered were lovely. My only regret is not staying longer, and being there before the pool opened for the season. Can't wait to return.

Bel appartement avec super vue sur la mer, le port et les montagnes en arrière plan. Disposant d’un parking sécurisé, d’un local à vélo il est parfait pour déposer la voiture et faire tout le séjour à pieds car à 20 minutes du vieux Nice. Un arrêt de bus est a quelques mètres de là ainsi qu’une bonne boulangerie. John est quelqu’un de chaleureux avec qui la réservation a été rapide et les instructions ont été claires. Idéal pour passer un bon séjour!

très bon séjour passé dans le logement de John. la vue est superbe et la terrasse très agréable avec le soleil. la présence d'un parking est également un plus. très bonne communication avec John et très bon accueil. bref je recommande

Séjour agréable avec une très belle vue! L’appartement est clair et lumineux et bien agencé. Nous avons pu bénéficier d’une grande flexibilité pour les horaires d’arrivée et de départ et nos interlocuteurs ont été très gentils.
