we had a really great time. Our Host was always friendly, very caring and we recie answers very fast. we liked it a lot. it was pure luxury. The beach is in 5 min reach (just like the bus stop) and it is a really quiet place. We had bad luck with the mosquitos. there were many in October, witch is really unusual. but apart from that the accommodation was really great.

Se volete soggiornare in una struttura bella e funzionale, questa casa fa al caso vostro! Completa di ogni servizio, dispone di spazi comuni arredati con gusto e adatti a più famiglie. E' vicina alla spiaggia di Sant'Agostino in meno di 5 minuti a piedi. Il giardino è ben curato. Gianpiero è un host da 5 stelle e lo dico essendo io una Host di airbnb. Insomma consigliatissimo!

Wir waren zum klettern, da, drei Familien. Wir hatten in der Unterkunft gut Platz, jeder hat sein eigenes kleines Mini Apartment mit Bad. Es gab sehr viele Spielsachen für die Kinder, und es war toll, dass die Kinder einen geschützten Bereich hatten, indem sie sich bewegen und spielen konnten. Die Küche war gemeinsam. Da wir im Februar da waren, war es in den Gemeinschafts Räumen manchmal etwas frisch, weil diese nur mit einer Folie vom Garten getrennt sind. Im Sommer ist es perfekt, weil es durch das große überdacht, auch schön kühl bleibt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, aber es gibt keine Spülmaschine. Giampiero war sehr hilfreich, bei jeder aufkommenden Frage und hat umfangreiche Erläuterungen gegeben. Im Februar war Recht ruhig und viele Restaurants haben geschlossen, das ist im Sommer wahrscheinlich ganz anders.

I stayed in the villa with two young children and we had a wonderful time! The structure was exceptionally clean and it is clear that Gianpiero pays very close attention to every detail. We were greeted by him and his mother upon arrival to show us the ins and outs of the property. Thier hospitality blew us away as they even had the gifts of local foods grown by his family in the Gaeta region. The beach as absolutely gorgeous - very warm water and crystal clear, and a very short walk from the villa. There were plenty of places to walk to dinner in the evenings. We had a relaxing stay and hope to go back soon!

Stort og godt hus med flott beliggenhet mht stranden. Flott strand. Flere koselige strandrestauranter. Vi syntes leiebil var et "must" med hensyn til handling og turer til den koselige byen Gaeta.
