Zhenye’s place was clean and had all the amenities that we needed, two bedrooms, AC, full kitchen and especially secure parking. As the house was gated and in a subdivision, we felt we had privacy and it was/felt very safe. Though a relatively short walking distance to get to, there are plenty of tricycles at the main gate or at the main road to get you into town. Communication went well, very responsive. Though i did get lost going there due to my gps, but the property manager found me and I followed her to the house. No issues with checking in or out. I definitely recommend staying here.

Zhenye's been so responsive so has her caretakers or property manager and his daughter. My family is very grateful for their assistance. The place provided what we need (apart from the washing machine). Zhenye was very flexible and was able to approve extension when we found we needed it.

Great house to stay! Feels like a home, great location. Easy access for tricycles and jeep. Really enjoying the stay.
