The place is vast and nicely laid out, but the amenities need to be updated. Many are old and there was vomit in the lifts when i used it. The bedroom was clean, but the kitchen was truly filthy. The sink was clogged and was not washed for a long time. I found a carrot underneath the sink hole. It rained one of the days and there were holes on the ceiling and our bags were drenched from the leakage. The rain shower was working but the handheld shower wasn't. I like the space but I think management really needs to 1) Do a massive overhaul of the kitchen & bathroom 2) Update some of the facilities 3) Thorough deep cleaning of everything

Nice place to stay, it was clean and staff was friendly. Location is very near Queensbay Mall. I also really liked the water features and fish in the common area!

Very good customer service. Prompt reply and attend to us quickly. But the unit’s maintenance need to be improved. It’s not as new as what you see from the pictures. However it’s a good choice for people that bringing their pet along.

Great place for family stay. Although it's an older property, they really made effort to upkeep and maintain all their facilities. Communication with the customer service is also pleasant!
