It was really great to stay at Utkarsh place. One of the best homestay !!!!! Located near about Colva Beach, has very good connectivity to all South Goa tourist spots..peaceful place!!..Nice place for family friends and couples to chill out.Very well maintained home..Overall a very good experience through out our stay here... Thank You for helping out rent a car......

Utkarsh has a great eye for detail and has maintained the premises very well, He expects you to do the same . Please read up the house rules before booking . The location worked well for me . The conviniences of dining and shopping are close and within walking distance . We also used the pool which recieved a thumbs up from the kids. A great place if you have your own your own vehicle and drive around . The beaches of South Goa are accessible so is Margao. My stay was very comfortable.

One the Best Home Stay, we have ever been in, spacious place with ample amount of amenities. Swimming Pool, Garden, Cleanliness, you name it and it's available in this house. One drawback, we found couple of insects like Cockroaches and Lizards in the nooks and corners of the house, but they can avoidable, unless you're scared of them big time. Over all the experience staying here was Beautiful

The complex looked like a tourist resort but is actually a gated community with mainly Goan residents so is not full of noisy party going tourists and is quite praceful and pleasant with friendly residents. There is noise from a local business but you get used to it and it's not too intrusive. The location is not close to beaches and we didn't have transport but lical buses stop at the gate and you can get to Benaulim, Colva snd Margao very easily and rickshaws back. A very enjoyable stay and Utkarsh went out of his way to be helpful to us and show us the area.
