Really well set up apartment. Good layout and plenty of space for our group. Was also helpful that it had all the minor amenities. overall, it turned out to be ideal for what we were after.

NO AC and the Fans are broken 34-36 Celsius in the house. issues with refrigerator not cooling well (they sent a tech haha it was funny he touched the compressor on the back and say that all is working well) I showed him the issue and he just walked away and cursed me in Spanish. cockroaches all over like big one. place were not clean at all. beds are in very bad shape you sink in. shower cold water not working in the main bathroom so only hot water shower. broken doors chairs and very poor condition of furniture. TV is very old, internet router click on the back not working so we had to tape it. I spoke to them over the phone about their tech and they basically told me that I don't know what I'm talking about. I own a management company with over 400 units so I have a bit of experience, the place needs to be fixed if they want to rent it again. Airbnb helpes us a lot by cancelling the reservation and get some money back. And more and more issues. save your self and skip it!

The check in to the apartment was the worst thing , you had a million steps to do just to check in and at the end the smart lock didn’t work and they had to open the room remotely , made my think it would’ve been better to just book a hotel room , also there is no AC in the apartment and the beds are really cheap and tiny

as a person with family visiting Barcelona, I recently had a very unpleasant experience staying at an Airbnb property. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property to anyone and would advise against staying here in the future. Firstly, the check-in process was a nightmare. We had to travel to a completely different location to pick up the keys, which was not mentioned in the listing description. This was very inconvenient and added unnecessary stress to our already busy travel day. Once we arrived at the property, we immediately noticed several issues. HALF of the light fixtures in the living room was disconnected, which made it difficult to see in the evening. We contacted the host about this issue, but they were unresponsive and never addressed it during our stay. We also had issues with the cleanliness of the property. The cleaning staff came to our door and asked us to leave before the agreed-upon checkout time, which was very disruptive to our plans.
