This is a Soviet-era "pansiyonat" (guest residence) primarily built for visitors to the Alaverdi copper mine. It's in a beautiful location overlooking the town of Odzun and the mountains beyond, has been fully remodelled to modern standards, and is now a fully functioning guesthouse. I was the only guest for my 4-night stay in the early spring, and my host went to great lengths to make my stay an enjoyable and comfortable one. Thank you!

Amazing place to rest with a family, especially if you have a car. Unfortunately, I did not have it so had to walk long distance. My check-in was outstanding as one worker showed me around and was hospitable. Amenities are of excellent quality for this price. Thanks a lot!

Greta is such an adorable person, we had a really great time in her hotel. She also made us wonderful diner ans breakfast, probably the best place to star at Odzoun.

We had a wonderful time at Vahram's! Beautiful location in the mountains with wonderful garden and nice atmosphere. The kind ladies of the restaurant prepare anything you like :)

This is a lodge-type hotel perched high above Odzun, far from the copper smelting fumes of Alavera. It is a bucolic setting but quite isolated and not easy to find. It appears to have been a resort for comrade workers in Soviet times - the dining room seats 160 but the windows are too high to look out on the lovely view. The mattress was all horizontal springy coils, so uncomfortable that my wife slept on top of a folded blanket. The couple who received us were very helpful, but running a hotel did not seem to be their calling.
