It has been the first the first time we stay in a home where people live regularly. It was a bit strange at the beginning, to be with the Ooms family´s belongings but at the same time you could see they are a very nice welcoming family. We enjoyed the nice Christmas tree. The house was very convenient for us, we drove to the train station to catch the train to go to Amsterdam everyday. The house and the location is great for a family vacation.
We couldn’t have been happier after our stay in Abcoude and being guests of the Ooms’s. The house was exactly as described with a unique, homey feel and worked perfectly for our family! Abcoude is a beautiful town with east transportation close to Amsterdam and Utrecht. We also had loads of fun at the Feestweek (the local fair) that was held in the town the week we visited.
Lovely home equipped with everything you needs for a great stay. The family is very friendly and the communication was always easy. 100% recommended!
the house is located in a very nice area, very near to amsterdam. nice place to live in. the owners are very kind, responsive and helpful. Feels right at home..my family have a really nice time walking around the area. The biggest room in the house is in the top floor. theres good safety gate for childern on the stairs. The stairs itself is a bit narrow and steep and theres some dog hair on the floor & carpet but other then that the place is beautiful & clean. Highly recomend it for couples with childern looking for a quiet place near the city.
La maison est très agréable, on s'y sent comme chez soi ! Lumineuse, pratique, elle fait un merveilleux pied à terre pour un séjour proche d'Amsterdam. Tout ce qu'il faut est à portée de main : les commerces, les restaurants, la gare. La famille Ooms prépare le voyage avec grand soin : une description claire, plein de conseils, des petites attentions à l'arrivée. Les échanges sont très faciles et rapides. Une excellente adresse ! Merci à la famille Ooms de nous avoir accueillis.

Langs de Angstel loopt het ook heel mooi.
