The cabin was cozy and the views were absolutely beautiful. We came with a large group and we had adequate space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the outdoor hot tub after a long day snowboarding nearby. The house is beautiful and Tom and the crew were extremely responsive anytime we had an issue. This is the absolute best spot for a winter getaway. We're hoping to make it a yearly tradition with our group!

This is the second time my friends and I stayed at Toms amazing place. We had the absolute best time and made memories to last a life time. Can’t wait to come back again soon.

We are definitely coming back to this paradise! The house is amazing, there are lots of space and even a big group of 10 people felt comfortable! I wish there were bigger pans, and more cleaning supplies available, but Tom is an amazing host, and the cleaning crew takes care of everything. The hot tub is amazing and fits 9 people comfortably. The space is sooo beautiful and private!! I feel lucky to find this place and we are already planning a trip back over the summer.

This was our sixth time renting Cobb Hill. Our friend group has stayed here for multiple occasions, but holding Friendsgiving weekend here might be my favorite. We had more than enough space for 13 people to stay. It’s an older home but that’s part of the cozy, lived in charm - don’t expect modern and updated. However it’s always clean and well stocked. There’s nothing better than getting a roaring fire going and everyone sitting in the living room with a cocktail enjoying the views and catching up. It’s been great to see the outdoor space evolve into a stunning wedding venue. Be advised it is a longer walk from parking to the house to unload bags but they have already thought of adding wagons to help that process. Tom is a responsive and caring host. We already can’t wait until our next visit.
