Pioneer Home on King Mountain Ranch was the perfect venue for our larger group! Absolutely beautiful surroundings and the gathering space inside and outside of the home were great. The history and character of such a property provides such an amazing experience. Mary and family were so pleasant to work with, flexible, and helpful with the needs of a larger group. Thank you, Mary! We would definitely return to this one-of-a-kind destination!

Mary is quick to respond to questions/concerns. The place was spacious for a large group. It was in pretty decent shape, but does need a little TLC (place for pretty dusty, shower upstairs wasn't working at the time along with the sink, kitchen faucet needs repairing) but overall the place was warm, plenty of parking, historic charm, and beautiful surroundings. Mary allowed us to do fireworks for New Years and the teenagers got to ride a 4 wheeler around the property and nearby area. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

This home is beautifully decorated. And the location has a wonderful views. It is a great place for a big group because it can sleep so many and you can have a RV's or tents set up too. The big room off the back of the house is great for a large group to all eat together. Also, The jacuzzi tub is so nice to relax in after the long hikes. The washer & dryer worked well. Thanks for sharing your home.
