We had a lovely stay with our two kids (1 toddler, 1 baby). The accommodation is very modern and clean. Porthleven harbour very walkable, and the area around the house itself is quiet and peaceful

We live in an upside down house with living accommodation above bedrooms so this was perfect and like home from home. It was Food Festival weekend so great to stay a 15 minute walk away and not get caught up with the road closures. We walked in to Porthleven twice a day, had a day trip to St Ives and the Eden Project on the way home. A lovely trip down Memory Lane - thank you Karly.

Lovely accommodation, very nice balcony but only a table and seating for 2, comfortable lounge and well equipped kitchen. A pleasant location behind a semi industrial park and 15 minute walk to Porthleven. Parking was easy for 1 large car. I was visiting with my elderly parents and they really struggled with the stairs, there is no hand rail at top and quite a tight corner to turn, I imagine this might also be an issue for young children. Really fantastic kitchen dining area, I think as other reviews have said, there needs to be an additional sofa, especially if there are more than 2 adults. The design and ambience is very cool and relaxing. It said on the info and advert that there were board games, we couldn’t find any and on a very wet evening, they would have been handy! Sound proofing isn’t great from lounge and bathroom to the bedrooms. Would be much better if there were bedside tables in both bedrooms and also bedside lights. Quirky accommodation.

This is a great stay in lovely Porthleven - it's a bit of a walk from town but the nearby coffee at Origin makes up for it. A lovely house - would say is more suited to small groups who are close enough to enjoy open plan living.

We loved our weeks stay in Porthleven! Karlys places was fantastic and comfortable with a great location! The sofa in the afternoon winter sun is a dangerous nap trap 😆 delightful! The electric car chargers opposite were a huge bonus for us! There are super fast ones and 7kw ones which is good to have the option. None were ever full.
