In the ground floor there is a sitting room with sofa, armchair and fireplace. There is a kitchen, full equiped for your comfort, that has direct access to the living room, with breakfast counter, refrigerator, dishwasher, five gas burners, oven. There is a dining area seating 8-10 people. In the sleeping area, at the same ground floor, there are three bedrooms, two with king-size beds and one with bunk bed. The bedrooms share two bathrooms. At the first floor, two more very bright bedrooms with king-size beds, each one equipped with full en suite bathroom, bathtub (with handheld shower head). All the windows has double glass, mosquito net, inside window-shutter for the night. Outside you can enjoy a dining patio, a barbecue, stone seating, large wood table and an area with a large lawn where you can relax under our old trees. Also, at ground floor of “Il Boschetto” villa, you can enjoy an extra apartment, connected to the main, but at the same time with an own entrance, with a small living room with sofas and a fireplace. That extra space has a small kitchen totally equipped with an electric oven, gas burners, refrigerator and a small pantry, with a large dining table. In tht floor there are two more bedrooms, one with king-size bed and en suite bathroom, one with bunks bed. There’s also a small bathroom with shower. All the windows has double glass, mosquito net, inside window-shutter for the night. Outside you can enjoy a dining patio, stone seating, large table and an area where you can relax under our old trees.
