We rent a 70m2 apartment (kitchen & 2 bedrooms) on the ground floor of our villa in a semi-residential area next to the biggest commercial center of the department (5mn away by car) and next to walks in wineyards (5mn away on foot). The apartment provides : kitchen (oven and induction cooker, fridge + freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster) with pans & dishes. 2 bedrooms : - room 1 : bunk beds + 1 queen size bed (separable in 2x 80x200cm beds), 2 nightstands - room 2 : 1 queen size bed + wardrobe living room : - 107cm LED TV - 1 sofa bed - 1 table + 6 chairs Outside : Private patio with 1 table and 6 armchairs + 1 sofa To share with us : - 10m x 5m swimming pool with shallow end (about 80cm) and about 2,OOm on the other hand with a slope between these two depths - pool house with summer kitchen, 2 barbecues (plancha gas + traditionnal) pizza oven, 1 table + 8 chairs.

sejour tres agreable, le logement est tres propre et confortable.
Un très bon séjour : gite très propre et fonctionnel. La météo ne nous a malheureusement pas permis de profiter de la piscine et des extérieurs. Le vrai plus est l'accueil réservé par nos hôtes qui ont été charmants, prévenants tout en étant très discret. Nous leur souhaitons le meilleur pour la suite de leurs projets !

La location correspondait à la description. Propriétaire très agréable et disponible.
Hôtes accueillants, logement agréable. De super vacances, avec un extérieur et une piscine au top ! Nous vous recommandons cette location pour un séjour dans cette belle région !

Our place is perfectly located if you want to enjoy Avignon and in the same time enjoy a great place with a 800m2 garden + pool. we are 10mns away from the nearest car park in Avignon (this car park is the handiest since it's free, has 1150 parking spaces attended from 7.30 am to 8.30 pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and it has a free shuttle that leads you to Avignon downtown in less than 10mn)
Sorgues is next to Chateauneuf-du-Pape which is weel known for its famous wines so we have a nice neighborhood : wineyards 5mns away on foot, perfect for walks !
We also are close to the biggest CC of the department (more than 70 shops + IKEA) 5mn away by car
1 hour away from Marseille Provence airport
15mns away from Avignon TGV railwaystation
15mns away from the second railway station, Avignon Centre.

Bonjour à tous ! Nous sommes un couple de 34 et 38 ans. Notre maison est composée d'un appartement indépendant en rez de villa et nous habitons à l'étage. Nous avons une petite chienne (Westie) de 8 ans. Nous sommes à votre disposition pour tout renseignement pratique sur la région mais nous nous faisons également discrets pour vous laisser profiter de vos vacances.
