自我介绍

I'm originally from Monterosso I really love because it is close to my needs of life deeply tied to this territory. I cultivated with my family, in the past the vineyard, and lately the vegetable garden and the olive grove. I've always loved to walk along the paths starting when I was a child (not yet exist driveways but only walking paths and trails) and to reach the house of my grandfather in Monti Albereto I left the village and I came up the hill past the sanctuary of Soviore. My other passions include canoeing, sailing, photography, mountain and art. I realized myself the Cottage because my dream was to have a "refuge" in which to retire to enjoy the extraordinary beauty of the landscape and natural surroundings as well as the scents emanating from flowers and trees planted by me. I am happy because I can say I made it and now I try to share my feelings with these guests who are interested. My lifestyle is based on the reality and the simplicity and a sacred respect of hospitality, probably a legacy passed me from my parents and my grandparents. I love the simple and genuine food: spaghetti, bread Vinca, fruit and vegetables, fish (anchovies). Favorite dressing: organic oil of my production. Favorite dishes: spaghetti with clams or oil and lemon anchovies. My motto is: enjoi the most of the scents, colors and sounds of the wonderful nature that surrounds us in 5Terre as in many other parts of the world and go into the future without cutting contacts with our past. Sono originario di Monterosso che amo molto perchè è vicino alle mie esigenze di vita legate profondamente a questo territorio. Ho coltivato con la mia famiglia, in passato il vigneto, ed ultimamente l'orto e l'uliveto. Ho sempre amato camminare lungo i sentieri a cominciare da quando ero bambino (non esistevano ancora le strade carrozzabili ma solo sentieri e mulattiere) e per raggiungere la casa di mio nonno a Monti Albereto partivo dal borgo ed arrivavo in cima alla collina oltre il santuario di Soviore. Altre mie grandi passioni sono la canoa, la barca a vela , la fotografia , la montagna e l'arte. Ho realizzato da solo il Cottage perchè il mio sogno era di avere un "rifugio" nel quale ritirarmi a godere della bellezza straordinaria del paesaggio e della natura che lo circonda oltre che dei profumi emanati da fiori ed alberi da me piantati. Sono felice perchè posso dire di averlo realizzato e adesso cerco di condividere queste mie sensazioni con gli ospiti che ne siano interessati. Il mio stile di vita è fondato sulla concretezza e la semplicità ed un sacro rispetto dell'ospitalità, probabilmente una eredità trasmessami dai miei genitori e dai miei nonni. Amo molto i cibi genuini e semplici: spaghetti, pane di Vinca, frutta e verdura di stagione, pesci (acciughe). Condimento preferito: olio biologico di mia produzione. Piatti preferiti: spaghetti all'olio o con le vongole e acciughe al limone. Il mio motto è: godere al massimo dei profumi, dei colori e dei suoni della meravigliosa natura che ci circonda nelle 5Terre come in tante altre parti del mondo e andare verso il futuro senza tagliare i contatti con il nostro passato.
