自我介绍

My partner Lyn and I enjoy sharing our life here in the beautiful Bay of Plenty with our visitors. We are slowly renovating our bungalow - built in 1927 - trying to maintain the charming, old features while modernising other areas. We have ducks, chickens, a cat and two old dogs. We welcome other dogs, as long as they are comfortable with the other animals. We have a large garden for all to play in. Lyn is a keen gardener and we both like cooking and preserving our own produce - and anything else we manage to gather. Our house is at the end of a road, surrounded by avocado and kiwifruit orchards. Bring food to share or you are welcome to self-cater. Happy to provide you with meals - just ask us when you decide to book. Lyn works at Opotiki college and is a local councillor. I am a graphic designer working from home. We like reading, movies, tramping, cycling (two bikes available) and generally having a good laugh. We are both active in the local community and especially like supporting our fabulous local cinema - join us on our regular Friday nights there. We have had many visitors of all shapes and sizes over the years - friends, family, a lot of lovely work-away travelers and some we've just picked up on the side of the road! We are looking forward to seeing what AirB&B brings us... and meeting you.
