This cool, peaceful and spacious studio apartment has high ceilings and offers WiFi, roku television, one single bed, sofa, stove top cooking, and walk in shower. There are two natural hot springs tubs available, one indoor and one outdoor located in the common area which includes a dining/sitting area (with great bird watching) Our space is enclosed by high rock walls and fences making you feel secure and at peace . We have several bird feeders near the patio making it a great place to relax and birdwatch. Our outdoor natural hot water tub is excellent for stargazing while you soak.

The space was very clean, comfortable and quiet. I reside in TorC and I was seeking a staycation and this place fit the bill as I was able to rest and recharge. I also appreciate how friendly and prompt Arrow was in terms of communication before, during and after check in.
My stay was only one night, but it was very enjoyable. The outdoor space was a nice place to relax. There was a problem with the soaking tubs, but Arrow came up with a great solution so it all worked out just fine. The property is only a few blocks (easy walk) from the main street where there were shops and restaurants. I found it overall very friendly and comfortable.

We are located just two blocks from downtown Truth or Consequences where you can find restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, art galleries and our local brewery. Elephant Butte Lake is just over ten miles away and offers excellent boating, fishing, swimming, and hiking. The city pool is only blocks away located at 775 Daniels St.
There is street parking throughout downtown but it is also close enough to walk there. Our compound offers free street parking as well as a parking space in the rear of the compound off the alley. The parking space in the alley has a door that has easy access to the apartment. ( can be locked at night)
