The house is set on an organic family farm, in Lunigiana, millennial border land between Liguria and Tuscany, perfect for romantic weekend or for families looking for relaxation and recreation. The cottage, in the countryside, offers a mini-apartment with 2/4 beds with private bathroom, private kitchen, TV and terrace. There are also common areas available to all guests, including a large living room with kitchenette and free internet, a laundry room, an outdoor kitchen with veranda and pergola. The original architecture of the house have been recovered and highlighted and the interior furnishings are the result of a careful mix of comfort and return to tradition.

First of all: Anna is a very friendly and lovely host! The House is located in the mountains with a beautiful View over the landscape. The House contained everything you need and the location in the mountains is perfect for relaxing in the evening, having dinner outside and so on. The Beach is 15 min away and very easy to reach! Me and my girlfriend had a perfect time there! Thank you so much, Anna! Cu again!

La maison indépendante est très agréable. Tout l'aménagement intérieur est neuf et très propre. La présence de moustiquaire à chaque fenêtre est très appréciable. Les 500 derniers mètres se font pas un chemin non goudronné pentu qui mérite un peu d'attention. Le lieu est particulièrement calme et offre une vue magnifique. C'est un beau point de départ pour visiter les 5 terres. Anna est souriante et constamment disponible.

L'azienda agricola de Anna est un endroit très agréable, au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Le logement est très confortable; la cuisine de jardin avec terrasse est très agréable en été. Les possibilités d'excursions à proximité sont nombreuses: vieille ville de Sarzana, plage à Lerici ou au Cinque Terre, Pise, Lucca, etc. Et l'accueil par Anna et sa famille a été très sympathique! Merci beaucoup.

The view from the house is wonderful. Unfortunately the weather was not so good the first days. Nights were quite cold, so Anna and here aunt found a solution to let us use Anna's kitchen in here absence. In the morning the out-door kitchen and terrace is very nice for the breakfast. The room on the mezzanine is very noisy for those who sleep below. The bathroom is very nice. We had a lovely week and we recommend Anna's house. ------------ La vista dalla casa è meraviglioso. Purtroppo il tempo non era così buono i primi giorni. Notti erano piuttosto freddo, così Anna e qui zia trovato una soluzione a lasciarci usare la cucina di Anna in assenza qui. Al mattino la cucina fuori porta e la terrazza è molto bello per la colazione. La sala al piano rialzato è molto rumoroso per coloro che dormono sotto. Il bagno è molto bello. Abbiamo trascorso una bella settimana e si consiglia la casa di Anna.

Those who love cultural tourism will be spoiled for choice among the nearby historical towns of Fosdinovo, Sarzana, Aulla and Lerici, with more than 160 castles and ancient churches, up to the historical cities of Pisa and Lucca (only 45 minutes by car or by train), Genoa (about 1 hour and 30) and the beautiful Florence (about 2 hours).
Nature lovers will enjoy the mild climate offered by the Natural Park of the Apuan Alps, famous for the quarries of Carrara marble, walking, riding or mountain biking 250 km of circuit paths "Trekking Lunigiana" from Fosdinovo to Aulla and Pontremoli along the Magra Valley. The territory is crossed by the ancient Via Francigena from Monte Bardone, Mons Langobardorum, and crossing Fornovo, Berceto and Pontremoli, passed by the current Cisa pass, for the ancient maritime port of Luni at the mouth of the river Magra and then the Tuscia.
Reacheable by train, the beautiful fishing villages of the Cinque Terre. Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, Riomaggiore retain the charm of still places in time and offer to lovers of hiking trails and rare beauty paths between terraces, drystone walls and crystalline cliffs overhanging the water.
