This is an ideal spot for nature lovers who want a remote rainforest feel with good internet and road access. It is great for work in Nature for weeks, months or even years! Mains water, (and reserve tanks) electricity and WIFI are pretty reliable although still vulnerable to bad weather. Outside security cameras cover just the front porch abd side entrance . The property is accessed via a flight of steps through the garden full of fruit trees. The parrots agouti and hummingbirds await...... Set in a clearing in the Rainforest, Pineapple Crossing is accessed down thirty steps from its neighbor Birdwatchers Rainforest Cottage. Made from local hardwood it is a sturdy construction with inside and outside living space. Warm water showers and a well equipped kitchen with washing machine are available. As well as the attractive Master bedroom with its own balcony and access to the wild garden and forest , there is another double bed room with its own bathroom and a third bedroom which could be a studio or office with ensuite bathroom. Even if we are away, Bernadette is available to support and troubleshoot from our home in Roseau. We can arrange for guests to be led from the ferry or for a taxi from the airport. Rental vehicles can be delivered (recommended) and meals arranged from our neighbour Fiona.
