Jean Luc was very welcoming, extremely accommodating, kind and easy and quick with communicating, both before and during our stay. He was also very flexible in terms of check in hours, dropping bags, explaining how everything worked and made us feel very welcome in his massive, JAW DROPPING loft on an ideal street, in a perfect location. It was very secure as well. We had the best time in his perfectly laid out and elegantly modern, artistic flat. the out door spaces were a massive bonus with two level of a roof terrace and a large terrace off the kitchen. The views from the roof were of the best I've seen - we felt on top of Berlin. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We had a wonderful stay in Jean-Luc's place. Easy-going checking in/out that makes you feel like home. We enjoyed every minutes spent in there between our urban escapades. The Location is perfect, in a lively neighbourood but the flat provides a unique quietness. The numerous and amazingly spacious rooms are autonomous enough to offer intimacy which combined with the two separeted bathing facilities makes it a must for 4 people. It was also good to have a proper and equiped kitchen and so pleasant to have quality bath towels and bed sheets. A - if not THE - must!

Jean´s penthouse is honestly dreamlike! We used it for a one-week-project with 11 people and everyone felt in love with this place! It´s huge, open, bright and tastefully furnished. The rooftop-terrace gives you a view over whole Berlin. Jean was a great host as well, he made everything possible for us!
