Looking for a tranquil and quiet beach front location in Buzios? We offer a spacious, pet-friendly villa (max 10 persons), with a tropical garden right at the beautiful Rasa beach. Stylishly furnished with artwork and antiques. Distance to Buzios centre is some 20 min by car. The perfect hideaway. A beautiful, rustic style and romantic beach house at Praia Rasa with amazing sea-view. Only 2 - 2.5 hrs drive away from Rio de Janeiro. The beach is mainly a residential area with high end villas and normally very quiet. The distance to the closest supermarket is 3-5 minutes by car (Rasa). To the historic center of Búzios it takes normally around 25 minutes by car. The villa gate opens straight to the beach, which is just five meters away! The beach is perfect for swimming and also for fishing. A truly quiet place. Occasionally strong winds (good for windsurfing). The villa has a spacious lot, a colorful tropical garden with fruit trees, flowers and herbs. The villa accommodates 10 quests. Two suites with double beds + 1-2 single beds, air cons and, one bedroom with AC and one double bed and 2 single beds. In addition a sofa-bed for two at the living room . We have one full bathroom/WC at the hallway. The kitchen is equipped with stove, ref, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans, cups, glasses and plates. We provide one set of towels and bed sheets. We don´t provide beach towels. The villa has a LCD-TV with cable. We have free WiFi in the house (Clarto 500mega fiber optic). A basic grill and a deck. The villa is surrounded by high walls. As Búzios is a peninsula and there are 22 amazing beaches scattered around, we recommend to rent a car, as the distances are quite long from one beach to another. Minivans and buses pass by the villa (300 meters) and taxis and Ubers are available. You can get to Buzios from Rio by an air-con bus (company "1001" every 1-2 hours), by taxi or by renting a car. You can also rent a car or a buggy while in Buzios.
