夏季，乘车几分钟即可抵达美丽的湖畔海滩，从埃维昂港口前往日内瓦湖（ Lake Geneva ）。 洛桑（ Lausanne ） 30分钟（乘船渡湖）。蒙特勒40分钟。日内瓦40分钟。距离Bouveret水上公园（ AquaParc ） 30分钟。 最近的滑雪斜坡仅需15分钟车程。 Evian Masters高尔夫球场距离房源5分钟车程。 距离Morzine/Avoriaz山地运动中心仅35分钟车程。距离Bernex/Thollon较小的滑雪度假村仅7公里，车程约15分钟。 La Grange Aux Moines是一栋历史悠久的房子，曾经是修道院的一部分，后来被著名的Evian水族人Cachet家族拥有。 这是位于埃维昂的豪华度假屋，面积为300平方米，可俯瞰日内瓦湖，开车前往市区仅需3分钟，步行即可抵达许多酒店和餐厅。 供暖私人游泳池（ 6月、7月、8月、9月开放） 从餐厅可俯瞰日内瓦湖的大露台。 大餐桌，可容纳8/10人。一个在里面一个在外 面一楼设有一间带套房的卧室，二楼还有3间卧室，可选择使用二楼的另一间卧室（仅需支付少量额外费用，以覆盖床上用品/清洁）。 湖边有一座大花园。 步行10分钟即可抵达Neuvecelle的「小赌场」超市、面包店、手术室、药店、披萨、烟草店、沙龙等。 步行约10分钟即可抵达通往主城区的功能性铁路，服务免费，全天运行，直至晚上7点左右。 从靠近令人惊叹的皇家公园Evian酒店出发。 步行即可抵达许多令人惊叹的酒店，里面有很棒的酒吧和餐厅。 公交车在房源外停靠，可以到达许多地方，包括进入市区。 这是我们的第二个房源，因此不像很多地方那样临床，非常温馨，也是我们生活的一部分。 房客必须在出发日期上午10点前退房，因为房子需要时间进行清洁，以便下一位房客使用。

Merci beaucoup pour votre magnifique maison!!! tous mes invités ont été très satisfaits. vue divine sur le lac, chambres belles et douillettes, la maison elle-même avec sa propre histoire, on a envie d'y revenir et de revenir. c'est la meilleure maison que j'ai vue à Evian. Les propriétaires sont merveilleux et toujours serviables. je recommande vivement ❤️
A charming place that soothes the soul. After traveling around France to watch the rugby, we needed some respite from the bustling cities and this beautiful spot did not disappoint. The views are spectacular, the area is steeped in history and it was a privilege to stay at such a house. Everywhere you look there are little wonders to the house’s history. The carved beams, the little paw prints in one of the tiles, the bird nest, the beautiful hand painted bathroom accessories, not to mention all the old original features. It was charming. Everything was spotlessly clean and welcoming. I big shout out to Nathalie who was was beyond helpful! Nothing was to much trouble. We should have hired a car, but we managed with the local bus stop just outside and the trains were regular. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful holiday home.
L'annonce et les indications fournies sont tout à fait conformes à notre expérience estivale. En résumé, une maison très spacieuse, fonctionnelle et bien aménagée, une grande piscine chauffée et sécurisée, Vue magnifique sur le lac. Même si vous n'êtes pas motorisés, la maison est accessible en transports (bus ou funiculaire) même si c'est évidemment plus pratique avec un véhicule (surtout l'hiver). Bon rapport qualité prix mais peut-être pas pour tous les budgets. Nathalie a été très réactive et disponible. Nous recommendons vivement.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, tolles Haus, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, toller Pool und wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Genfersee! - Unterkunft für Gruppen gut geeignet. Es gilt jedoch zu beachten, dass die Nachbarn sehr nahe wohnen und es gerne leise mögen.

We are an family from close to Brighton in the UK. We have been going to our holiday home in Evian-Les-Bains for the last 10 years or so and we love the area especially in the summer but also the mountains for the winter. We have 2 young kids, we play golf, ski and love to swim in the pool and the lake down in Amphion.
