The property manager met us the day of the guests arrival and made sure we were comfortable. The house was much larger than I expected from the photos and great for a large group. Would definitely book here again.

Dawn's property had everything we needed. The location was fantastic, close to beaches, bars and restaurants and easy to get to from the airport. The pool was absolutely fab and so warm and the space was perfect for 7 adults. Dawn was responsive and helpful and Sam (the cleaner) was wonderful - so kind and helpful. A couple of reviews mentioned the chickens and we found there was no need for earplugs, the fan/air con is more than sufficient to cover the sound. The monkeys that came to visit in the mornings were absolutely wonderful and we loved watching the babies run around! Overall, we would definitely recommend Dawn's property - thank you for an unforgettable trip!

Dawn’s place was decent. Place seemed a bit run down. Honestly, the actually space itself is nice but it needs to be renovated.

Dawn's Villa was amazing! The location was so convenient, close to local restaurants and one of the best restaurants I ever been to QP bistro. The beach is less than 5 minutes away and has the clearest waters I ever encountered. The villa itself is very lovely there were 8 of us and we all had so much space and never felt overcrowded, we all enjoyed the pool as well! Dawn and Juliet were so accommodating and helpful! I cannot be more pleased 10/10 experience!
