What an amazing quiet place right on the water. We enjoyed the kayak, horse riding next door, snorkeling with fish and turtle, the outdoor shower... Highly recommended.

The Jetty is in a great location close enough to Luganville for shopping but out of town. It’s a quite location as the house is set over the water away from the road. The deck is huge & a great place for eating, sunset drinks & watching the sunrise. At high tide you just swim from the deck. The house is comfortable outdoor shower works well the other not so. Kitchen needs some more utensils, to make it easier for a family. & the oven isn’t working although the BBQ is fine. Robyn was going to attend to the kitchen requirement on her next visit which followed ours. If you can make the sleeping arrangements work for you it’s great.

The Jetty is a good option on Santo. It’s about a 15min drive north out of Luganville so about 25-30mins from the airport and handy for the drive north to tourist sights. It’s situated on a little bay facing east and is right on and even over the water. When the tide is in it is very picturesque but it’s an expanse of sandy mud in front when it’s out. The house is showing its age and the effects of tropical weather including cyclones. When we were there the large deck over the water had been undermined by a cyclone in early 2023 and was at quite an angle, although I understand repairs were happening shortly. Note there is one bedroom (2 double beds) and then a queen and a single in the main living space. The kitchen is fine. The outdoor shower is amazing. There is aircon in both indoor spaces but no fans or insect screens. The owner Robyn and her local (expat) agent/neighbour Megan could not have been more helpful. We hired a car which I would recommend for this location.

Peaceful location by the water. Great to sit on the deck with some beverages. An easy drive of 10km or so drive into town. Close to blue holes.
