Stayed for over a month and felt right at home. Has everything you need in an apartment and everything else one might need is nearby. Apartment is on a calm block outside of the “problematic” downtown area. Would stay again!

A great little studio, simple but has everything you need. Communication was great, location to me was EPIC. The Hayes valley is the most fun neighbourhood I stayed in in SF.

The place is very cool. Very safe area. You can walk everywhere nearby. The house is immaculate and tidy. Very quiet. Wonderful energy of the building and the surrounding space, if you know what I mean. Lots of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped. The heating works well and is controlled. I recommend it without hesitation. Lucky find!

I stayed here for a month. Great location and felt safe but had 2 incidents while I was there. When I arrived, the apartment itself was clean but there were over 100 fruit flies. It took me 3 days to kill them all. Michael was quick to respond. He gave me a fly swatter and apple cider vinegar to trap the flies. He gave me half a day’s refund. He had the apartment re-cleaned after I requested it. Towards the end of my stay, the kitchen sink pipes broke and the apartment flooded. Michael was quick to respond and had the pipes fixed the next day and re-cleaned the apartment. He gave me one day’s refund. Just a heads up that the apartment and building are old.
