We are not located in the "open" desert; Downtown YV 5 min down the hill! Our home is cozy and decorated with an eye for design and an appreciation for music, art, fashion and cooking, comfortably fits 4 adults plus a toddler (crib). Enjoy the private patio w/ barbecue & SOLAR heated pool - set up for outdoor living and relaxing. !!! PLEASE keep in mind that the temperature of a SOLAR heated pool depends on the WEATHER/SUN. The normal pool temperature in Mai/September is between 60 - 75 degrees!!! But: we cannot guarantee a warm pool! Listen to our various CD-Collection, play the piano, enjoy the great fully equipped kitchen ... The master bedroom comes with king size bed (and crib), 2nd bedroom with modern sofa (75x38 inch & the kids room with single bed (40 x 80 inch). (The kids room includes toys and picture books) Enjoy the living room with piano, the design kitchen table with and Highspeed Internet. We do have a TV for Netflix but DON'T have REGULAR TV channels or cable. Air/Heating system for a year-round comfort! Fully equipped kitchen with new stove and ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave and dishwasher, blender, toaster, Italian expresso maker. We have a wide selection of pots and pans, plates and glassware, spices. Two full bathrooms with bathtub & shower, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner. The patio comes with 3 loungers, charcoal-BBQ, table with chairs. Please keep in mind that the pool (it is solar heated) can still be cold between September and May. Restaurants: If you don't feel like cooking - you're just a short drive from several good restaurants and a great cup of coffee at Frontier Coffee House in Yucca Valley.
