Carolyn’s Cottages were what other establishments should aspire for. We were so comfortable. Carol is the most delightful and thoughtful host and anticipated all needs of her traveling guests. The decor was retro chintzy and was beautiful. The gardens were stunning. The bed was super comfortable. We wished we could have stayed an additional night, especially as there is lots to do around Naracoorte.

We stayed at the Carolynne Cottages number of yrs back. We'd forgotten how good they are. Ours had two bedrooms, large lounge, large dining table, kitchen with everything in it, laundry, bathroom with bath & shower. We especially appreciated the aircon on a 40 degree Australian day & the really comfortable bed. Carol has thought of every little detail to make your stay just great. The little touches like treats in the fridge are a wonderful surprise after a long journey. Our only issue was the street name & number. Carol's is on Stewart Tce Lot 6. But when you come iff the highway the street is divided into Young St & Stewart Tce. From the road from Adelade we could not see the sign which had an arrow pointing to the right & went to 6 Young St on the left & had to ask people. However, this has not put us off. We had our little toy poodle with us & he seemed right at home as well. Would have stayed another night-booked out solidly. Shops & restaurants less than 5min away by car.
