I am incredibly thankful to Frosina for all of her help with our holiday. We went as a group of 11 friends, who had never been to Bansko or Bulgaria before. Frosina assisted us with recommendations, transfers and everything inbetween. The home was clean and well looked after. I will 100% recommend to anyone.

As a family/friends of 8 adults, we had plenty of space in the house and room to not be on top of each other. The house had everything we needed, Frosina always responded if we needed anything and it is in a great position. It is so easy to get to the gondola, shops, bars and the old town- some excellent bars and restaurants nearby. Frosina arranged our transfer which went smoothly as well as ski hire, which was also very easy.

4 adults and 4 children had the best stay in Frostina’s house. Great host always answered questions and helped us organise everything from ski hire and lessons to transfers and taxis. We would definitely return. Lots of restaurants nearby especially the old town was beautiful. Would definitely recommend to others

Villa Kaja was the perfect accommodation for our group ski trip. The house was amazing, spacious and cosy with everything we needed. Frosina was the best host and was so helpful before and during our trip. Thank you!
