住处位于宁静的小区中，四周绿化很好，社区环境也十分安全，适合自驾出行的朋友。Colleen非常友好热情地招待了我们，房屋特点是典型的美国中部house, 装饰简洁而用心，看得出来房屋女主人有着不错的审美眼光。

The location for the Jim/AirB&B is great. It is walking distance to just about everything. The room is very spacious. Jim the host is very knowledgeable about Cleveland and other worldly places. Great conversations during the week I stayed at the house. -Caitlin

If you asked me to describe this place in one sentence, I'd say, "It's a home away from home." If you're new to Cleveland or unsure where to live, know you are in good hands here. The house has character and is in a charming neighborhood where folks greet each other. The sunny and spacious upstairs bedroom is well worth it. The hardwood floors may creak and window panes may rattle on a stormy night, but this only adds to the allure of living in a vintage home on the East Side. When I lived here in the winter, five adults lived in the house. The yoga and dance instructor no longer lives here, yet the ambiance is still nice. A half-bathroom is just outside your door, so you don't have to descend a flight of stairs. There is no cable TV in the house, however. The kitchen is fully equipped. The only drawback is that there is no exhaust fan above the stove, so the upstairs is occasionally filled with cooking odors. Travelers of different ages and walks of life will enjoy their stay here.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Jim was friendly and helpful. The description and pictures are very accurate. I would certainly recommend this airbnb to anyone looking to stay on the East side.
